Quinoa Hemp Bites

Throw these together for a fast healthy breakfast, afternoon pick me up or post workout recovery!  They are full of protein, healthy sugars, and essential fats.

Take time today to slow down and thank God for the amazing nature outside!  God is GOoD!!!

Quinoa Hemp Bites

1/2 c quinoa, cooked

10 dates, pitted and roughly chopped

1/2 c coconut, unsweetened (dried not fresh)

1/4 c chopped pecans

2 T hemp seeds

1/2 t cinnamon

1 t coconut oil or melted coconut manna

Put everything in food processor and whizz until it comes together.  It won’t form a ball like bread dough.  Make walnut sized balls and store in refrigerator.

Makes about 15 balls
