One Bowl Almost Vegan Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Almost Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies with Whole Wheat

It is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!

One of my daughters is home from her first year of college and just made these yummy cookies! I usually shy away from using all whole wheat flour in recipes. I just don’t love the heavy, nutty flavor BUT these cookies are really tasty. I may be a convert!

If you read my blog post last week I challenged everyone to be kind and reach out to someone in one of your communities. No better way to be kind than with a piping hot chocolate chip cookie:)

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you–Ephesians 4:32

God Bless
